Vinyasa Power Yoga
Ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits, this beginner level Power Yoga sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. Vinyasa Power Yoga Series, meaning breath is linked to movement, is moderately paced and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice. Set to music, this class will invigorate your entire body.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", though not the kind of sleep you're accustomed to. In the first hour, we'll set a sankalpa (intention) for your Nidra. Then we'll open your body and energy centers with an all levels, chakra flow yoga class. In the second hour, we transition to the floor for a guided meditation/ relaxation that will take you deeply into your subconscious mind where we'll store the sankalpa (intention). You'll experience a deep rest that profoundly affects your well-being for the better. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of sleep. Bring a blanket and/or pillow(s) for maximum comfort.

Due to clients early rise for work..... We are doing a touch of yoga nidra to get the body ready for a peaceful nights rest. This is considered one class not two. No extra cost at this time.
